1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States and Canada:
- Expedited Shipping: 7–10 business days
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days (Customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery)
3. Custom-Fit / Made-to-Order Items
For custom-fit seat covers that require precision 1:1 tailoring, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for production before shipment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.
